Sēva \ see-vuh \ noun.
Our community is a healthier place to be when we experience it from a healthier place of being. When you prioritize your own health, you contribute to our collective well-being.
Sēva is the practice of sharing that healthier energy back into our community—a ripple effect that begins with you.
Sēva is a Sanskrit word that translates to a spirit of “selfless service.” In ancient India, practicing seva was believed to help one’s spiritual journey while also contributing to the improvement of a community.
As a trauma-qualified LMT, I set aside time each month in support of our community by giving massage to survivors of domestic and sexual violence and our incredible first responders. (Let me know if there’s someone you’d like me to consider.)

Located on the Bremerton waterfront, Sēva Bodywork is a coastal sanctuary with a soulful, relaxed vibe—a curated space allowing you to reclaim your balance.
Whether navigating injury recovery, managing chronic illness, or simply seeking refuge from the noise, our boutique studio offers a bespoke approach to wellness where the outside world is simply left at the door.
An outdoor massage is next level relaxation!
