Receiving regular massage has been shown to restore balance, help us feel stronger, calmer, and more able to fight infection. And every BODY could use a little more balance, right?
Massage also retrains our body to more easily move into a parasympathetic nervous system (PSNS) state. Um, huh? Being in a PSNS state is how we recover from the worries, commitments, and busy-ness of everyday living.
My goal each session is to invite calm, help alleviate pain and improve function + mobility.
